Billy Talley is an Amarillo native. He attended Palo Duro High School and West Texas State University. He has been a high school choir director since 1979. He has taught at Tascosa High School since 1984. He became Music Director at St. Paul UMC in February of 1998. Billy is married to Libby. They have a son, Bob, and daughter-in-law, Beth, who live in Amarillo. Their daughter, Sarah, and son-in-law, Ramon, currently live in Cairo, Egypt. Hobbies include playing softball and watching baseball and football.
